The "FREE" accounts from GEOCITIES, BRAVENET, TRIPOD and CJB free domain websites contain a hidden POPUP from the master domain and are not allowed.
Other POPUPS that are banned:
onelineads.com - sneaky popup with a 30 sec delay until it pops up. this one was very hard to isolate.
TINYURL.com URLs are redirects and are not allowed. You don't need this service. Just submit your actual web url.
PAY TO PROMOTE sites are mostly junk in my opinion, however, if you DO decide to use them, you better NOT have any with embedded ROTATORS or POPUPS. These are becoming more annoying all the time.

All sites submitted must be acceptable for a general audience. NO ADULT, no nudity, no hate type site content allowed.
Members who submit porn sites will be automatically deleted.
Sites that are overloaded with graphics and cannot hope to load within 7 seconds should not be considered for this exchange.
Banner farm pages have NO hope of even being SEEN and will just show as a blank white page, so don't bother. Shockwave or other multimedia intros might not load in time for your site to be seen either, so test your page for loading time as well as content.
CHEATER SCRIPTS IN HIDDEN IFRAMES will also be deleted and possible deletion of the member account depending on the situation.
Sites seen on the exchange belong to other members and we make no endorsement as to the accuracy of any statement or claims on websites seen on the traffic exchange.
We hardly ever email you. You will recieve emails from us only once or twice a month, but when we do email you, it is worth reading.
Please provide your primary email address that you DO actually use. Continued 'Full Mailbox' status with bouncing emails indicate to us that you are using a throwaway email address and never bother to check your email. This could cause your account to be cancelled. Email addresses with spam blockers that do not let our emails through might also cause your account to be cancelled.
NO AUTORESPONDER linked email addresses. We don't need your advertisements or extra emails.
You must keep your email address up to date. If you have changed your email address and your account has been canceled due to bad email address, please contact us at admin@protraffichits.us and we will reactivate your account or set up a new one for you. However, if we cannot locate your original account data, you lose your downline and accumulated credits.
Members are allowed only ONE account per household and ONE business account if you are the administrator of the business. Members caught setting up multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining referral credits and "flooding" the database with the same URL will be banned and all credits lost. If you think you may have set up an account before but lost your password, email us at admin@protraffichits.us and we will try to track down your old account.
Users may add unlimited sites for autosurf rotation, but there is a limit of only 5 of the SAME url per member.
Members who do not surf at least once every 60 days will become inactive and their site will NOT rotate, even if credits are assigned to the urls. Please try to login and surf at least monthly!
